Service and accounts

Hill Water provides a water catalogue, ordering, delivery addresses/pins and role-specific delivery/operational tools. Keep contact and delivery details accurate and your session secure. Google sign-in is available; Apple sign-in applies only if enabled. Driver and Admin authority is provisioned by the protected backend, never self-assigned through provider metadata or a URL.

Orders and delivery

Prices, availability and final order totals/references are supplied by the authoritative backend. Provide a serviceable address and an accurate pin where chosen. Editing a saved address affects future orders, not an existing order snapshot. Driver operational location supports authorized dispatch, not Customer continuous tracking. Driver/service availability and network/device conditions can affect fulfilment; no unapproved delivery guarantee is implied.

Orders and deliveries are subject to product availability, service-area availability, accurate delivery information, and operational capacity. Refund, cancellation, and payment rules shown by Hill Water at the time of service apply.

Payments

Live Relworx/mobile-money settlement is not active. Current MTN/Airtel simulation is not a real payment or settlement. Do not treat a simulated result as proof of a charge. The operator must complete real payment readiness separately before public distribution.

Appropriate use and access

Do not attempt unauthorized account/role/data access, submit deceptive delivery information, interfere with dispatch, misuse notifications or upload unlawful images. Admin product-image upload is a restricted business function. Services depend on infrastructure, authentication and configured map/external providers; uninterrupted availability or perfect location accuracy is not guaranteed. Nothing here purports to remove mandatory consumer/privacy rights.

Privacy and account deletion

Read the Privacy Policy for data handling and processors. Use Delete Account in profile/settings or the external deletion resource, verify ownership and confirm permanence. Signing out is not deletion. Account deletion requests are processed after identity verification and operational checks. Active orders, delivery assignments, or required staff reviews may need to be resolved before deletion can complete.

Active operations and final-Admin protection require secure review. Personal identity/address/location details are removed; necessary order amounts/items/history and de-identified operational/audit records can remain. Personal profile information is removed or de-identified when deletion is completed. Certain de-identified order, accounting, fraud-prevention, security, and audit records may be retained where reasonably necessary for legitimate business or legal obligations.
