Delete your Hill Water account

Request permanent account deletion here without installing or opening the app. Signing out or deactivation alone is not deletion.

We remove your profile identity, contact details, saved addresses/pins, preferences, personal notifications and operational location. Retained orders and operational records are detached from your login, with personal contact, address and location details removed.

Order items, totals, status/history and necessary commercial, accounting, fraud-prevention and audit records may remain in de-identified form. Personal profile information is removed or de-identified when deletion is completed. Certain de-identified order, accounting, fraud-prevention, security, and audit records may be retained where reasonably necessary for legitimate business or legal obligations.

Account deletion requests are processed after identity verification and operational checks. Active orders, delivery assignments, or required staff reviews may need to be resolved before deletion can complete.

Staff accounts require secure operational review; active orders/assignments must be resolved and the final active Super Admin is protected.

Sign in with the Google account linked to your Hill Water account to verify ownership. Knowing an email address is not sufficient. Requests are rate limited; no deletion occurs on sign-in.
